So I saw this post on Twitter and I thought it was a pretty good idea. Uh and this is from Tony Simons on X. Uh he does a lot of like good Hermes agent tips. So if you're interested in Hermes agent, certainly follow him. So I'm kind of stealing his idea here and trying it out for myself. So basically he's talking about using uh the XAI provider and model Grok. Uh downloading your account analytics and then using it in Hermes agent to let it analyze your account. So I thought this is a pretty good idea actually, because now we have Grok 4.5, which is a very capable analytical model. Um so I'm going to show you how I did this, and we're going to ask it a couple questions to see how I could improve my X posting. So Tony talks about it here, but you just need to go to your account and it's the Creator Studio.
And then in Overview, you're going to go over here, this little button over here, just to download your account overview, and it's just a CSV file. So when you download these things, make sure you actually click on however long you know you want to. You can go up to a year, which will have all of your data. Um just make sure it doesn't, it's not clicked on 7 days, otherwise the data that you download is only going to be for that 7 days. You go to, there's another one over here in Content, and this has all of your videos and everything like that. So you just do that as well. So you have these two files.
So the way I did this, I'm in Terminal here, is I wanted to create a separate profile just to keep it clean and give it all the tools. So I did Hermes profile create x-analyst here, and then I did x-analyst setup to set up the profile, and this is a profile but it's also a separate agent. So I think it's good, I want to do some kind of cron jobs with it. So having a separate agent that is always on the Grok model because Grok is not usually my daily driver, I am usually using uh Soul right now, um but I set it up here. And I obviously, I chose XAI Grok and you can see I went through the OAuth because I have Premium Plus, and then I chose uh Grok 4.5, the most recent Grok model. And then I want to set some of the tools, right? We don't need messaging, but some of these tools like X search, obviously you're going to want, so I set that one. The um image generation I changed it to also Grok and Imagine, although we shouldn't need uh image generation but maybe we'll want to do it for like a dashboard or something if we want to create it. Um so that's all the settings you need. The search provider, using XAI web search as well. So this is a total, total Grok model. So that was everything, set up our our profile. And then I just came into Hermes chat here or rather I did x-analyst chat to talk to the profile directly. Um so I said, yeah, can you analyze these are the two CSV files and my Twitter account TonbiStudio on Twitter to give some general insights into my account? So that's where I just wanted to start. Um and you can see at the end it actually created this X account analytics skill, which will be useful. This is another reason why you might want to do this for a separate profile because you don't your main driver you may not need this analytics skill. Um so you can see just general insights. Growth has accelerated hard. Um overview of your impressions and and whatnot.
And it can give you kind of insights into what works. My top impression post, uh the Blender MCP one I did with the Codex floating iPhone. And then obviously you can just look at this in analytics but what having an agent does is it can analyze patterns, right? So something like a concrete I built X with Hermes with Y demos. Overlooked power user tips, uh tooling announcements, mildly personal community moments. Then other insights like this. This kind of outlier, I had a GitHub link, um the follow up only got 5.6 thousand impressions but had a ton of engagements. Lots of clicks, um and a lot of detail expands. So people who want the artifact will click.
So what does not move the needle that much? Replies. My replies are lacking I guess. Um still useful for community reputation and relationship with larger accounts but not a growth engine by itself. I do say thank you. It's not a reply spam. I'm genuinely saying thank you.
Okay, so now we can ask questions because it has all this data. So this is a real question but do posts with direct videos like direct uploads perform better than those from YouTube links? Analyze that difference and the impact on impressions, the algo, etc. I keep hearing that the algo likes it when you directly upload it instead of using like a YouTube link to show the video. Let's see what our analyst can find from that. And if you run agents yourself and want access to the LM wikis that I use myself for these videos to do research and actually create them, uh check out my project agentwikis.com. I provide all of these wikis for free on a variety of different topics and you can also sign up for a pro account for $9.99 a month that'll give you access to supersized, extra large wikis that will give you more pages and more detail on each of the subjects. Now back to the video. Okay, got our answer and this is for the full 3 month period where basically I've been posting and we could see the different classification of the formats. Uh let's take a look. So mean impressions, X video seem certainly a lot higher, right? Overall instead of just using the YouTube link. Even after dropping the biggest video outlier, the master class finale. X video mean still is much higher than just the YouTube link. You can see yeah I mean it's much much higher. So what pure YouTube links are good at, URL clicks obviously because you have to click the video and go to the external site. 100% of pure YouTube posts get clicks. That's good. Does saying YouTube in a video post hurt? Video language, no YouTube word actually is higher, interesting. It's so the algo practical reading from this, in-app video and strong native media is your distribution engine over 3 months, not just one week. Uh pure YouTube link posts are converters for people already warmed up not discovery posts. The best system on your account: main post is X clip, demo, reply, second post is full YT link. So that's the format I've been using a lot recently um when I'm doing a YouTube video. Engagement rate alone will lie. YouTube links look better on ER because clicks count as engagements on a small audience because they don't get as many impressions. Uh so here we go. With 30 days of post data, the earlier one-week finding holds more strongly: direct in-app video posts massively outperform pure YouTube link posts on impressions and follows. YouTube link posts win on click-through to long-form. Treat X video as the algo surface and YT links as the conversion layer. That's kind of my own impression as well but it's good to have an an analyst actually back it up. So an ask based on this data, when do you think my account will be monetized? Tony said um he has this to the analyst and actually got a pretty accurate answer. I'm fairly far away from it though. You need 5 million impressions and I only have like 2.5 million. So here we go, monetization timing where we stand. We have to do it in 3 months as well. I have 2.66 million impressions. My followers are fine. So here we go. Depends on my daily pace but uh the best estimate, if you keep roughly last month's pace. Hopefully. Um likely eligible on impressions, late August to early September 2026. So I got some time. Okay, so now let me ask it. So I said in order to achieve monetization by September, what posting schedule would you suggest? What type of content should I post for each and what general topics? Based on my data. Okay, here's my monetization plan. Goal clear 5M organic impressions in the rolling 90 days by early September. As of July 17 you had 2.66M. To be safely over 5M by Sep 1 you want roughly: target pace 65K-75K impressions/day average. That will be challenging. Um so ranked by what actually moved you. A lot of the Hermes masterclass videos and unfortunately those are done, so I won't be able to post them as well. Uh but here's my weekly posting schedule. Or here's the cadence, right. 1 to 2 original posts a day. Uh 5 to 15 thoughtful replies a day to Hermes AI builder threads. Rest days only if you still ship 1 strong native piece. So it built out my whole uh account here, Monday Tuesday Wednesday with different topics, right. Um one concrete Hermes workflow end-to-end. One quote or demo something from the new ecosystem uh Blender MCP, Unreal video gen, desktop UI, I built X in N prompts. So there you go, you can build out this kind of content map for you. Keep in with topics. I usually just pick randomly whatever pops up that seems interesting for me. I'll make a video or post about it. Uh but if you're more determined to get monetized this is what you got to do. And you can even turn this into a day-by-day calendar for the next 14 days with specific post titles, hooks tailored to your recent series. So if you want that, this kind of analyst can do it for you. So I asked can you tell me the top AI agent related X accounts that have YouTube channels like me? And this is kind of the useful thing about having Grok, right. You can use X search like this. And here we go, a bunch of them. Oh got me, found me. Uh bunch of different ones. Some of these, most of these I recognize, right. Some of these are technical like cursor and stuff. Don't think they have YouTube channels. These are broader AI. I was asking more for creators, but they got a couple of them. So we want to see, like some of these, I know Alex Finn has a very large following, uh David as well, Julian as well. So let me see. Imagine these are large accounts. If I can try to find some insights on their success. So I said can you check these accounts, the ones I just showed you and try to glint some insights into suggests um and suggest in terms of post format, timing, frequency, etc. Try to create suggestions for how this can improve my own account. So trying to see, you know, successful accounts, how not necessarily the content because the content will always be mine, but maybe they have kind of a trick or they figured out a format or timing, frequency, something that can help, uh help my own account. So you can see once again X search coming in handy here. Okay, so did the analyst on these different accounts, patterns that show up across them. Native video on X is the main unit, no YouTube links, even though most of them I believe have YouTube channels. Event driven bursts around models agent releases, clip, uh to a longer asset funnel, YouTube, a course, school, newsletter. Uh simple mental models, Hermes = hands, high posting density on hot days. Uh what differs from me? They often optimize for reach, hype, or engagement farming. Sure, that's not true. Uh you optimize for trust plus depth. Well I appreciate that. Grok analyst, but uh there's some stuff I can definitely adopt here. Same day release stacking, one recording day one pillar clip Friday + 2-4 cutdowns over the weekend, early week. Multi clip threads, not 10 week post, do 3 to 5 sequential native clips in one session. Uh news-jacking with a Hermes demo. Already did this kind of with the Kimi K3 drop. Occasional opinion post, maybe I can do that more, 1 to 3 times a week, what changed. Uh there's some stuff I can definitely adopt here. I occasional opinion post, maybe I can do that more, 1 to 3 times a week what changed. Um so here we go suggestions mapped to my data. Uh posting system, hybrid of you + them, daily, one native original demo or tip, hot news days, one same day model agent stress test, Pillar days Friday, one flagship trailer, Always YT GitHub as reply, not main post, Replies selective, high quality, to Nous builders, not volume farming. Frequency target for Sep monetization, Baseline 8 to 12 strong originals/week, not 30 low-quality. Burst weeks, Hermes update/model drop 12 to 18 originals by cutting one long session into many native clips. Uh this is how Julian gets density without 18 separate shoots. You keep quality by batching. Uh format upgrades high leverage, hook frame, first 2s of every clip. Result on screen immediately, they all do this; your longer calm intros can stay after the hook. End screen CTA on X clip, full walk through in reply, instead of external link in body. Tip cards 2x/week. Uh steer/style static posts, your proven follow format, competitors underuse calm utility tips. Comparison content 1x/week. Uh Hermes versus OpenClan, or Hermes + Claude Code / Cursor together, Alex Finn/Julian traffic lives here, you can be the fair, practical referee. Uh Timing. They post when the topic is hot, not only on a fixed clock. Uh for you keep a daily craft block, plus a ship within 6 hours of news rule. Your day Friday pillars, historically strong, keep Friday as flagship; use Mon-Thu for tips/demos; use news overrides any day. Content pillars refined, keep your winners, masterclass modules, automation/cron/security, power tips, learn/steer, MCP/creative demos. Add from competitors without becoming them, weekly stack update, what I run, costs, models, same-day model first looks with fixed 3-task harness, repeatable series, beginner install/cloud/Windows refreshers monthly, light personal/human post occasionally. Alex does this, you already have toddler/JP, good. Differentiation line protect this, position against the field. Julian/WorldofAI, faster, louder, broader tools, You, slower, deeper, Hermes-native, trustworthy, complete systems. Best line in market, if you want the hype clip, watch them. If you want the system that still works next month, watch TonbiStudio. Do not out-hype them, out-clarity them. 14-day experiment, practical. Week 1, Mon, Native tip, learn or approvals, Tue, Same-day model or feature stress test, 3 tasks, Wed, Creative MCP demo, Thu, Stack formula post + short clip, Fri, Pillar trailer, batch-cut 3 extra clips for Sat/Sun/Mon, Sat-Sun, 1 cutdown each + selective replies. Week 2, Repeat, but add one multi-part thread 3 clips from a single workflow, Measure, impressions/day, follows, bookmarks, compare to prior 14 days. Success criteria for competitor tactics working for you, Rolling daily impressions trending toward 65K+, Bookmarks stay high, your quality signal, Follow rate doesn't require hype tone, YT clicks come from reply links, not dying main posts. Bottom line. These accounts grow with native video density, release-timed bursts, clip-YT funnels, and simple memorable framing. Your data already agrees on native video and disagrees on reply spam and pure link posts. Best upgrade path for TonbiStudio. Batch-produce more native clips per shoot, ship same-day on news, keep Friday pillars, add calm stack/opinion posts, and refuse the hype-volume brand. That combination is the most likely way to hit September monetization without sacrificing the trust that makes your content work. Okay, so it's a nice little analysis. There's a lot of different ways you can kind of use this analyst and use this data, right? The agent isn't going to be able to download uh those full analyst um CSVs that I did before, but it can check your daily post and like see what is working and what's not working and try to develop a plan to help uh grow your account. Lastly, I want to see, try to use some of the coding skills of Grok here, but I want to build a simple dashboard with the plan that I could kind of check off. So this is kind of my example but if you're trying to grow your account or grow your audience, um it's kind of a useful skill. Not something I would necessarily think about doing, setting up this profile and doing this kind of analysis. Okay, this is what it built. Very simple uh dashboard, nothing too fancy. Uh but this is like I said, you could set whatever goal you want to have for your account and try to create like a kind of daily checklist like this, just to keep track of what you're you're building and weekly posting schedule here, some suggestions about what I could do. Like I said, I'll probably just end up doing whatever you know strikes my interest at the time, but if you take it more seriously than I do, you could certainly do this. So, to do this fully you would need the X API which costs money separately from your account. What you can do just with X Premium plus is this. You can't get full like impressions. You can see with X search public post data um it can see that I posted. It can do rough public engagement. Uh likes, replies, repost, but it's kind of inconsistent as it says here. So you can see for example, you can see that I posted about Unreal Engine and I did also Kimi K3, but it can't see impressions. Um that requires the full analytics field which are in my X analytics. So I can't automatically update it. What you can do is kind of if you manually download these or set up some kind of, there might be some kind of way to automatically download from the Creator Studio, I don't know, maybe using computer use, I'm not really sure. Um but if you're able to download it and you can set up a cron job that it can automatically read the report and then update it. If you want to try to do that. So there are limitations just using X Premium plus um if you're not willing to go for the full like API. Uh but still a very useful skill. There's a lot of creating this kind of X analyst and if you're trying to grow your account on X, it's a great way to just try to see what's working for you, what's not so working and try to develop a plan to help uh grow your account. So that's going to be it for this video. I thought this was a interesting idea. I know a lot of people are interested in growing their X accounts. Maybe some people aren't. But once again this is credit to Tony Simons on Twitter. Uh check him out. You can also see everything Hermes can break down here. Uh so it's going to be the end of this video. Please leave a comment, uh let me know your thoughts. If you're using you know X in any way or X premium or Grok, if you have any tips or kind of tricks to to enhancing the data that we got here. Otherwise, please follow me on X, help me uh try to achieve the the goal there. Uh but thank you for watching. It's going to be the end of this video.
